----------------------
This redbook will examine the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). It is an
update to SG24-6303. It will cover techniques for designing and developing
an SOA implementation using Web Services and messaging technologies. A

used with the direct connection and service router patterns. The scenario
will include connectivity to new and legacy applications. The book will be
part of the Patterns for e-business series. Additions to the topics covered
in SG24-6303 will include:
- Enterprise Service Bus
- Integrating legacy applications with J2C and WBI adapters
- Service router with the Web Services Gateway
- Data transformation
- Process manager integration
