I know dumpnamespace to explore JNDI tree but none of them is local

so how to do it?

For local lookups, you'll need to write code that runs in the container
you're interested in (web, ejb) that dumps the java:comp/env context.

the ejb's are registered to JNDI with "local:ejb" prefix (for example
local:ejb/ejb/MyBean) . Try to browse local:ejb/ in JNDI.
