Websphere Portal Info

| Hi all,
I need some info on the questions below. Could somebody help me out with
this or point me in the right direction
Regards,
Michael
1) Check complete list of supported languages for Portal 5 Express. Chinese,
Thai, Korean, Vietnamese etc?
2) Would Portal Express Plus be needed if they want Sametime as well? Would
the Sametime element have to be run on a separate server?
3) Is there a license/version of Websphere Studio (Dev environment) included
with Portal Server Express/Plus?
4) How easy is it to expose existing ASP applications through the Portal? We
could use iFrame, but how about redeveloping apps as JSP based applications?
How much work would be involved?
5) Would it be possible to have a separate 'home page' for each region? i.e.
could the Chinese access their portal page with portal.valspar.com/china and
the Korean's with portal.valspar.com/Korea? - there would be a home page for
each region prior to login.
