Want to know whether the Tivoli Performance Viewer inbuilt component of WAS
5.0 Enterprise Edition or add-on feature?

It's a standard tool, just like Application Assembly Tool, Log Analyzer,
etc.

Hi
You got to give the username and password in the soap.client.props and in sas.client.props file that are present in properites dir in was_home.

This is only necessary if security is enabled, otherwise it's not required.
