Updating an application on a cluster

Hi,

I've installed an application on a cluster (two nodes).
It worked properly.
Then the developper gave me a new version.
I choose the "update" way. But the update worked only on one node, despite the mapping is correct: application target mapping is the cluster which includes the two nodes.

Any idea of the problem origin ?
