JMSAdmin - Any Tutorials?

Running WebSphere MQ client on WebSphere 4.0.7 machine connecting to
remote MQ server. Would like to see some examples of JMSAdmin
commands I can use to display and manipulate locally defined remote
queues. WebSphere MQ "Using Java" manual is a bit sparse.
