When I saw server level security I was hoping that I would be able to
have each server have a different "global" security. All of my apps use
the same LDAP except one that uses a custom registry. I am migrating all
my servers to WAS6 and was hoping this could live in the same cell as
the LDAP applications. Is this possible or am I going to have to have
this single server until I convince the developers to make it use LDAP?

In WAS 6 you still only have one registry per cell.
