I am trying to federate a node running linux to a deployment manager running AIX. I am able to ping
between the two machines but I receive the following error when I try and add the node using "addNode.sh"

ADMU0512I: Server server1 cannot be reached. It appears to be stopped.
ADMU0024I: Deleting the old backup directory.
ADMU0015I: Backing up the original cell repository.
ADMU0012I: Creating Node Agent configuration for node: c19002p5e1
ADMU0014I: Adding node c19002p5e1 configuration to cell: s0502003s0Network
ADMU0026I: An error occurred during federation; rolling back to original
configuration.
ADMU0113E: Program exiting with error:
com.ibm.websphere.management.filetransfer.client.TransferFailedException:

** Has anyone seen this problem before and how to fix it......
Thanks

Have you checked the /etc/hosts file on both the machines?
