We need to generate client certificates for Web Services authentication. All the documentation talks about using a keystore file, but in a HA cluster environment we cannot store into a machine-local keystore file.

What are people doing to get an HA keystore in a clstered environment?

Have you tried copying the keys generated on the DM to the various nodes?
