Author Do Web Services using HTTP and JMS configurations play nice together?

I'm having an issue with a server profile that contains both WebServices using HTTP and an MDB program that is pointing to a queue.

As soon as the MDB program (and the server configs required to make it work) was introduced to the server, the SOAP applications stopped working, even building. The majority of the issues seem WSDL parsing related. As soon as I deleted the server JMS qu
eue, factory, listener information and resource adapter, the webservices built again.

If I define listeners, queues, etc for my MDB application, do I also need to do something special to allow the SOAP services to keep working?
