WebSphere Business Integration: 'Express' vs 'Server Foundation'

Greetings all,

I'm very new to WebSphere, and I am totally confused between various products, two of which are IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server Foundation and IBM WebSphere Business Integration Express.

Could anyone please tell me what the differences are (if they are comparable in the first place)?
