| I installed Rational appl developer and websphere appl on windows xp. created profile and created a server to use that profile. In console mesgs server launched but failed initialization

| What does SystemOut.log say?

| The SystemOut.log says Server server1 open for e-business. But my startServer.log says ADMU3027e: an instanace of the server may already be running:server1.
I hv to shutdown and restart the windows and have to verify from first steps regarding installation, stop the server, Then run my application, it gives above messg in startServer.log.
Let me know.

| is the windows service for this server running already?
Is there a Websphere Java process running in the task manager?
