WebSphere Application Server 6.1 can not "see" NFS file

Hello,

I just upgrade my Websphere Application Server from 6.0 to 6.1. After I re-deploy my application, I find it can not "see" NFS file/directory. Both file.isDirectory()and file.exists() return false if the file is a NFS directory. I check it from Sun's JVM,
it works fine. So I guess this problem is relative to IBM's JVM implementation. Anyway to fix it?
