WDO to SDO migration: Unable to locate tag library for uri

Hello,

I just migrated from WAS 4.0 to WAS 6.0, AND WSAD 5.1.2 to RAD 6.0. When I invoke my application, I receive the following error:

JSPG0047E: Unable to locate tag library for uri /WEB-INF/mastaglib.tld

I have all tags and libraries set correctly. However, I did have to copy the sdo_web.jar file into the /WEB-INF/lib/ directory manually. Somehow during the installation process these files were not automatically copied over.

I also modified the web.xml file to point to /WEB-INF/lib/sdo_web.jar. Seems like all the dots are connected, but the error persists.
