Installed WAS 5.1 and Portal 5.1 on Windows XP Pro. Not sure exactly how but I have two admin console directories within installedApps dir, both renamed *.tmp. This causes error on startup because application.xml is missing.

Tried renaming both temp directories back to adminconsole.ear. Admin console now opens but only has limited menu.

Need a way to reinstall admin console EAR without reinstalling all of WAS.
