Thanks for the reply.
We can connect to the host DB2 from a command line.
We can also connect to it using DB2 Connect's Configuration Assistance.
The problem exists when using the folowing driver in Websphere V6 datasource:
"DB2 Legacy CLI-based JDBC Driver XA DataSource" using the class:
"COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.DB2XADataSource"
