I just would like to know if was5 and was6 are supported on solaris 10 (AMD Opteron processor)

I dont think WAS 5 or 6 works on Solaris 10. You need to have atleast WAS v6.0.2 to support Solaris 10. Its better to apply the fixpack 7.
