Hi,
There are two things which you can do:
1> Intranet Application: If your IP is private IP and registered in your DNS you can access your application internally. Ex. http://MyApplication/
2> Internet App: If your IP is public IP and registered you can access your application from out side world by the registered name. Ex. www.MyApplication.com
