| Good Day,
I have WAS v5.0.12 Enterprise installed under Windows Server 2003 (SP-3). The PlantsByWebSphere application does not respond for any link other than login or Help. Also, when I try to login to the application, I recieve a JSP error message with a statu
s code of #500. Does anyone of any ideas about my problem?
Best Regards,
Keith Woodard

| Why experiment with a de-supported version ?
Why not try WebSphere 6.1 instead ?

| Good Day,
I wish I could use a higher version of WAS but I only have a license for WAS Enterprise v5.0.2.18.

Is there anything in the SystemOut.log or SystemErr.log files?

| Good Day,
I decided to upgrade my installed instance of WAS Enterprise v5.0.18 to v6.1.0.0 given the problems I was observing. Also my OS is Windows Server 2003 (SP-2). I mistakeningly stated (SP-3). I noticed that under v6.1 that WAS uses different port numbe
rs that v5.0.2. Does anyone know what port number that PlantsByWebSphere uses for its HTML page?
Best Regards,
