Author NullPointerException WebSphere 3.5.7 Fix In z/OS and OS/390

We are taking NullPointerException as decribed below:
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docvie...8&cc=us&lang=en

But we use AIX 4.3 and this fix is for z/OS and OS/390.

Since support from IBM is not possible for 3.5 version
I need to extract this fix from corresponding APAR.
I downloaded it, but it is a comressed file(See it in attachment).
What I need is to exract it to get WebSphere fix part.
Could you anyone exract it in z/OS and OS/390 platform and send me(or attach as zip file)? (ilevent@hotmail.com)
We do not have both of this OS.
(AFAK, for IBM archive file to extract, there is a program:
http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/390/trsmain.html)

The Websphere codebase for version 3.5 is not the same for z/OS and AIX.
This patch is highly unlikely to work for you. I strongly suggest that
you being to take all possible steps to move to a supported release.
