FixPack 13 problems

Running WAS 6.0.2.3 on Redhat V4

I attempted to apply FP13 and the install went smooth and the application was launched successfully
However, any object I selected resulted in a 404 Page Not Found
We deleted the profiles and recreated them with the same problems
We were forced to reinstall WebSphere.

Has anyone seen this?
