Author Restrict access to webapp port

Hi, novice user here. I use the WAS console to deploy a few web apps. Is it possible to do any of the following:

1. restrict access to a particular ip address (my own)
2. display a message to non-authorized ip addresses (everyone else)

thanks

No, but it's a bad practice anyway, IP addresses change. Turn on WAS
admin security, and only allow access to administrators in some registry
group. The specific details of how to do this vary based in the version
of WAS (which you failed to mention), but it's documented in the
infocenter.
