Websphere 6.0 fail to launch from Eclipse

I ´trying to work with eclipse 3.2 with websphere 6.0. The Websphere that we use is integrated with RAD. We use eclispe because we need some plugins that RAD doesn´t have it.

After set up the Eclipse to use Websphere 6.0, display the folloging failure when we try to deplay a application:

Not Java CLASS FOUND.

Sounds like you haven't successfully setup Eclipse to use WebSphere 6.0.
I'd go to where you got the directions to set that up.
