Consiguring userids with WAS 6.1 and Federated Repositories in AIX

Hi

I'm working in the configuration of WAS 6.1 on AIX 5.3 so userids would be authenticated using the Active Directory of the customer organization. After some work i was able to configure the Federated Repositories so now i can connect using my administrati
ve ID defined in the AD server.

Now i want to create groups and users with any given roles. My question is: how do i create these userids ?? i already have them defined in AD, but i understand i have to create them all in the WAS repository and when doing that they ask for a password, s
o, what's the deal with connecting to a LDAP repository if at last i have to create an userid and give him a password..
