I am new to this promising technology....

The following is the scenario.

1. The users profile is stored in websphere portal database. This profile
includes the preferred language of the user.

What I want to achieve:
1. translate the contents of the portal to multiple languages based on the
preferred language of the user. The quality of translation is not a
constraint.

How do I configure translation server to talk to portal server? The ideal
scenario would be, that the portal server automatically gets the preferred
language of the logged in user and invokes the intended translation server.
Is this possible??

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
