WebSphere Portal Server - Portal User Preferences Lost!

Portal User Preferences Lost!

Hello -
Has anyone experienced portal losing user customized preferences?
Some of our portal users logged in this morning, only to find their
layout and portlet selection were not their own. I know that the
wpsadmin user can change the layout of a page for all users, but this is
not the case in this instance - only some of the users were affected.
Does anyone have an idea as to how this could happen ?
