Need to click twice on maximze or restore icon for portlets

I still have this problem of clicking the portlet maximize button twice for
the portlets that
i have installed on WPS 4.2. The same is true for clicking on restore icon
twice once
portlet is in maximize mode. This behaviour is repeated for the edit icon
too.

Any help / thoughts are appreciated. Its kinda awkward to click twice on a
icon.
For testing its fine but giving it to customer is real problem.

I have the problem as well when I try to click the edit icon to get into edit mode for a portlet. It seems to maximize like it does in edit mode, but the view.jsp is being displayed.

Any help would be appreciated...
