I am trying to install WPS 5.0 Express on same box with an existing WAS 5.0 fix pack 2 on Windows 2000 version 5 server sp4. The application server works fine. I have tried it couple of times, every time the Portal installer does not see the app server
install even though the log files show that Websphere application server is installed.

Any ideas on how to proceed - thanks atul

I have the same problem
but I install the WAS 5 FP2
and when I try to install the Portal v5.0, It doesn't run ????

WAS 5.0.2 is not a supported platform for WP V5.0. This support is planned
near term.
