Copying naviagtion structure (Places and pages) from development Portal to production

Hi all,

I have a development Portal on one machine where we do all development and
testing of our Portal. Now I would like to deploy the whole portal to the
production machine. Does anybody know a good way to export and import the
navigation structure, that is the places and pages that I have created.
