Author Portal Toolkit 5.0 installation problem

I am trying to install Portal Toolkit V5.0 into WSADIE 5.0.1

The installer requires the following prerequsites (in addition to version 5.01 of the WAS runtime):
PQ73644
PQ76567
WAS_Dynacache_05-08-2003_5.0.1_cumulative_fix
WAS_CM_08-12-2003_5.0.2-5.0.1_cumulative_Fix

I was able to locate PQ76567 and WAS_Dynacache_05-08-2003_5.0.1_cumulative_fix on the Websphere support site.

PQ73644 has apparently been rolled into the following two:
WebSphere Application Server - Sessions Cumulative Interim Fix, dated 07-08-2003 (link 1),
and WebSphere Application Server Version 5.0 Fix Pack 2 aka Version 5.0.2 (link 2)

The first link leads to WAS_Sessions_07-09-2003_5.0.1-5.0.0_cumulative_Test.jar, which does not get rid of the PQ73644 prereq.

Following the second link and installing Version 5.0.2 of the WAS runtime makes things even worse, as the toolkit now complains about 5.0.1 prereq missing.

I am unable to find eFix WAS_CM_08_12_2003_5.0.2-5.0.1_cumulative_Fix either.
The Websphere support site has only WAS_CM_06-03-2003_5.0.2-5.0.1_cumulative_Fix.jar.

It appears that the missing fixes are only available on the Portal CD.
I'd appreciate any help.

Thanks,
