WebSphere Portal Server - Personalization in WPS5

I am a newbee to Websphere. I have installed Websphere Application Developer 5.0 and Portal Toolkit 5.0. Everything has been installed successfully. I was able to create three portlets and view them in a single web page after logging in with wpsadmin... e
tc. However, when I try to create New Page or Mange Pages, Themes and Skins, they show nothing. I am not sure if I missed any installation or Setting any attribute. Please help ASAP.
