Author SRVE0100E: Did not realize init() exception thrown by servlet portal: javax.servlet.U

Iam trying to install WebSphere Portal Server using the Content manager and iam getting this Error

Verify that the application server WebSphere Portal is running before you click OK. You may use WebSphere Application Server's Administrative Console to check the status of the application server.

When i open the WAS and Stop the WebSphere Portal and start it, it works fine and a Information Dialog is displayed saying that

Command "WebSphere Portal.start" completed successfully.
But in the event window there are two Severe Error

Error 1: SRVE0100E: Did not realize init() exception thrown by servlet portal: javax.servlet.UnavailableException: Initialization of one or more services failed.

Error 2:Servlet Error-[portal]: Failed to load servlet: javax.servlet.UnavailableException: Initialization of one or more services failed.

Please help me solve.

If you look at the Install log for your current installation session, you
would see at what point the problem started. Most likely there was a problem
with the DB schema information that you have given that has resulted in a
breakage that was not seen from the setup window. If you look into the
Portal appserver out,err and the webcontainer? logs in WPS_HOME, you will be
able to see what is breaking.

At this stage you have restart the installation, there is no simple way of
resuming it once you encounter something of this kind.

Dont forget to remove all the Portal Packages ( read what to do before
reinstalling Portal in the infocenter ), before retrying.
