Content Publishing not working- Portal v5

I have installed Portal 5.0 *(quick install scenario): WebSphere Portal with WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, and Cloudscape database installed locally* on AIX.
Where can i find Content Publishing(there are no liniks or portlets with this name?
