Any information or experiences would be great on how to staff
admin/developers for the following scenario.

single instances of:
-WPS 4.2
-Sametime
-Quickplace
-Websphere Content Publishing
across 5 Windows 2000 hosts with SQL Server and DB2, and eDirectory
providing authentication for 20,000 registered users.

I am curious because we have about 1.5 novices (to websphere) doing
management, admin, dba, support and (portlet) development and are falling
behind. I wonder what a fully funded/successful effort might look like.
