Problem when install Portal Toolkit 5.0.2

| I can successfully install portal toolkit 5.0.2 to WSAD 5.1. but when
install Portal V5.0 for Test Environment I get 4 error message:
The following prerequistie is required:
- eFix: PQ76567
- eFix: PQ78166
- eFix: PQ81248
- eFix: WAS_CM_08-12-2003-5.0.2-5.0.1_cumulative_Fix.
The Test Environment, I like to use, it's Portal Server 5.0.1 + Enterprise
5.0.1 for Windows NT/2000 on my PC. I tried to install efix form the some CD
(portal toolkit 5.0.2 installation). but I get other issiues :
1. When install PQ78166, I get this error message:
A product prerequisite relationship was not satisified.
The product IBM WebSphere Application Server (with ID BASE) is
installed.
The product IBM WebSphere Application Server Enterprise (with ID PME) is
installed.
The fix PQ78166 is not supported on any of these products.
How can I fix this issue?

| You need IBM Partner User ID and Password. Click in from Downloads. then
search by key words "Portal 5.0.2 Toolkit". download Portal Server for
iSeries 5.0.2 Express installation CD (e-depolyment file). then you can have
what you want in this CD.
