To upgrade from WPS 5.0.2 to 5.0.2.1, you need to apply BASE cumulative
fix 2 to upgrade BASE 5.0.2 to BASE 5.0.2.2, then apply Enterprise (PME)
cumulative fix 2 to upgrade PME from 5.0.2 to 5.0.2.2. Then you can
apply BASE cumulative fix 3 to upgrade BASE 5.0.2.3. Then upgrade WPS
5.0.2 to 5.0.2.1.

It is documented here:
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docvie...s=utf-8&lang=en

Alternatively you can install WPS 5.0.2.2. The installer applies all
fixes for you.

Hi , :
Thanks for everybody's help .
I want to ask one question . My aim is very simple that let
my WPS 5.0.2.1 to support JSR168 and WSRP completely .
I have tried to upgrade my WPS from 5.0.2 to 5.0.2.1 . It
seems ok , but this WPS 5.0.2.1 doen't support JSR168 completely yet . About
WSRP , I haven't tried .
Here are my installation steps .
Now , I have WAS 5.0.2 Base and Enterprise Installation
Package , some WAS 5.0.2 fixes, WPS 5.0 Installation Package , WPS 5.0.2 Fix
Installation Package , WAS 5.0.2 Cumulative Fix 3 for WAS Base Installation
Package ,WPS 5.0.2 Cumulative Fix 1 Installation Package .
This is my installation sequence . I install WAS 5.0.2 Base
,then install WAS 5.0.2 Enterprise ,then install some fixes for WAS 5.0.2 .
Then install WPS 5.0 ,then install WPS 5.0.2 fix . Now WPS 5.0.2 is
available to visit and work well . Then install WAS 5.0.2 Cumulative Fix 3
for WAS Base . I havn't upgrade my WAS 5.0.2 Enterprise .
Then , reinstall some WAS 5.0.2 fixes , then install WPS
5.0.2 Cumulative Fix 1. It seems the upgrading is successful . I deploy a
JSR168 portlet into the final WPS . It's ok . But when I run it , it can
show the first logon page ,but when I do more action , it shows "This
portlet is unavailable. If the problem persists, please contact the portal
administrator. ". I think it should be this final WPS doesn't support JSR168
..
As you had said , I havn't apply BASE cumulative fix 2 to
upgrade BASE 5.0.2 to BASE 5.0.2.2, then apply Enterprise (PME) cumulative
fix 2 to upgrade PME from 5.0.2 to 5.0.2.2. I just upgrade my WAS BASE from
5.0.2 to 5.0.2.3 directly . And I forget to apply PQ81416 fix for WAS
5.0.2.3.
Do you think it's the reason why my WPS 5.0.2.1 doesn't
support JSR168 ?
Please give me some advice . Thanks.

Jacky
