Rename a folder in document manager

Hi,
Our customer has a portal 5.0.2 and is using intensively document manager.
They need to rename a folder without having to delete all the structure and
recreate it.
We have gone through the wpcp database but it is difficult to figure out
which tables must be updated.
Can anyone help us?
