Does anyone know what version of WebSphere Portal Express runs on? Is it
WebSphere Express, or WebSphere base for multiplatform?

Hi,

As far as I can tell, all versions of WebSphere Portal 5 are deployed on
WebSphere Application Server 5 Enterprise Edition.

It is a different story for version 4.x,where WebSphere Application Server 4
Advanced Edition is used.
