WebSphere Portal Server - 4.2 test environment and WSAD 5.1.1

Has anyone managed to get Portal 4.2 test environment working in WSAD 5.1.1?
I get an exception when the server starts up, expect it's something to do
with the fact that it's WAS 4.0.7 not 4.0.6

The Portal Toolkit does not support WSAD 5.1.1.
