| After configuring the portal, following all the steps and connecting to a ldap directory. User enters login information and it just goes back to the login screen again with no error. The directory used is domino. Anyone had this before.

| Have you enable security ?
If so, Have you, in your server, a Full Qualified Internet name ?
Because, in this case, the LTPA doesn't work !!!

You must type your full hostname on the Portal URL:
http://<serverFullName>:9081/wps/portal

| I am typing in the full url and security is enabled. It does it on the admin portal as well.

| Did you enable SSO? If so make sure you've exported the LTPA token. Also, can you log into the WAS admin?

| If sso wasn't enabled and the ltpa token wasn't exported can I fix this. Because I'm getting the same thing with the admin. I can't login there either

Exact same issue for me.....
I could disable security, then export the ltpa token, but wouldn't that
then invalidate the token, or not?
