After configuring the portal, following all the steps and connecting to a ldap directory. User enters login information and it just goes back to the login screen again with no error. The directory used is domino. Anyone had this before.

Have you enable security ?
If so, Have you, in your server, a Full Qualified Internet name ?
Because, in this case, the LTPA doesn't work !!!

You must type your full hostname on the Portal URL:

http://<serverFullName>:9081/wps/portal

I am typing in the full url and security is enabled. It does it on the admin portal as well.

Did you enable SSO? If so make sure you've exported the LTPA token. Also, can you log into the WAS admin?

If sso wasn't enabled and the ltpa token wasn't exported can I fix this. Because I'm getting the same thing with the admin. I can't login there either

Exact same issue for me.....

I could disable security, then export the ltpa token, but wouldn't that
then invalidate the token, or not?

Thanks

Hi, the following link will show you how to do it properly.

Let me know if you still have problems after that.
