Downloading a document in Document Manager

We are using the Document manager portlet in WPS 5.0 Express Plus. However, we are having trouble downloading the documents. We follow the instructions in the help view, but we don't get the box to designate where we want to save the document to. We cl
ick on Download Document; then select the document and click on the Download Document button. The document is just brought up in the appropriate editor, but there is nothing in the editor to save the document to a specified folder.
