| I had some problems adding the serial number once I received it using the portal catalog. I hope the below instructions will help you also.
Here are the instructions to add the key:
1.) Login to the portal as Administrator and access the Administration view
2.) For each portlet listed, click on "configure portlet" (the icon that looks like a wrench)
3.) The new screen will either say something like "Your license will expire in 26 days. Update your license" or that the key has expired. The "Update your license" is actually a link that takes you to the screen where to place the key. Click on it, and
follow the next steps on the screen.
If this does not work, try these (but try the above directions first):
Steps using Administrative Console:
1. login wps as administrator
2. goto administration->portlets->manage portlets->My Weather (or other MarketWatch portlets) -> modify parameters
3. add one more parameter called licenseKey (case sensitive) with received license key as value.
4. save
5. logout
