Portal V5.02 clipped portlet not reflected at User TestPage after assigned

I have created a clipped portlet on Portal V5.02. I can see the
Portlet(www.cnn.com). I also created a user called Alice and assigned
that portlet to her. The portlet was not reflected.

From the trace I can see that when I was creating the Portlet (cnn),
there was HTML Listner Error code 4, code 5&7...however, the Portlet
was created. I went into the Admin Console --> WebSphere Portal-->
Listner, the option to chose listner port was empty. Does this have
to do with Apachect? Or is there any configuration I need to set?
