Sametime Video Problem. Error with 3 people or more in conference

We have a problem with our sametime server. When 2 people are in a
collaboration meeting, everything works fine.
But when we invite a third person, the video won't work.

Note: This happened only with Portal, in the cliente of the Samtime all
work´s fine,

Anyone could help me?
