Error Registering Resource: Mynews

Hi,

I was importing files into my project and I can import all my files except my resource file -
Error Registering Resource: Mynews
Anyone have this problem before? The first two or three times I was able to complete the import without problems. However, after a few deletes and recreation of the project I can no longer register the resource.

I did try importing the sample10 example and all the resources get registered without a problem. Any ideas?

Also I wanted to know how I can get rid of a portlet uid. Everytime I uninstall and reinstall my portlet I have to change my uid and that is a pain.
