update portlets using command line - WP 5.0.2.1 Express

| Hi, we are spending too much time "updating" already installed portlets in WP 5.0.2.1 using the browser interface. I was wondering if there is any command line interface so I can automate this process. Thanks for your time.

You can try using xmlaccess -
