| Rajdeep,
It sounds like you're refering to the Portlet Factory for WebSphere
Portal, which while sold by IBM and referred to on various WebSphere Portal
site/pages, is a product built by Bowstreet and resold by IBM.
For questions specific to the Bowstreet Portlet Factory for WebSphere
Portal, I recommend using the Forums on the Bowstreet Community Portal at:
http://bcp.bowstreet.com
For instance, the PF4WP subforum is at:
http://buzz.bowstreet.com/snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=15
and a forum specific to building builders is at:
http://buzz.bowstreet.com/snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=29
A listing of all BCP forums is at:
http://buzz.bowstreet.com/snitz/default.asp
There's also the Exchange, for sharing code between developers at:
http://bcp.bowstreet.com/library/exchange/index.jsp
And there should also be a sample/tutorial within the product on how to
create builders.
Thanks,
...Mike
