hi there!

i really tried everything to make my portal accept the new theme. but
nothing workes for me.
neither the change of the ibm-web-ext.xmi nor restarting of the portal
server each time nor editing the default.jsp. it still applies the
default theme DEPP651.

any ideas what else i could do?
