1. SKINS getting parsed correctly
2. Static Menu displaying without auto generated tree (removed code
from layeredcontainer to do this)

I was getting Error in one my Skins jsps and it was not showing up in
the WSAD console screen.

Solution ---> tail the log file in \runtimes\portal_v50\log
