Problem after LDAP setup
|
|
|
| I have installed WAS & WPS v5.0.2
I made the configuration for Domino LDAP (Domino v.6.5.1)
but when I launch the command WPSConfig.bat enable-security-ldap the message says Failure.
I read the infocenter, and found two solution. The first (about the WPConfig.properties file) doesn't work for me, so I try to login into the portal with the wpsadmin user for the second solution.
But when I try to login, the user cannot see anything, only a message referred to the markup of the client (or something like this, the message is in Italian)
In the wps log file I've found this error:
Begin backtrace for Nested Throwables
com.ibm.websphere.wmm.exception.WMMSystemException: The following Naming Exception occured during processing: "javax.naming.NoPermissionException: [LDAP: error code 50 - Insufficient Access Rights]; remaining name '/'; resolved object com.sun.jndi.ldap.Ld
apCtx@11c14276".
Anyone can help me?
Thanks in advance
Enrika

| Hi,
Have you try the command wpsconfig validate-ldap ?
Have you made all recommendations in the Domino Directory ?
| |
|
| yes, I tried this command, and I have a Build Successful message.
Then I type the enable-security-ldap command, and I have a Failure message.
Then, when I try to login, I can't see any pages.
The LDAP works, 'cause I can login with any user in my names, but I can't see nothing.
Maybe I have forgotten something. But what?
